Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right with your order, NOORVANE is here to help.

14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, unworn and unwashed
In its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items that have been worn, used, washed or damaged by the customer
Underwear, socks and swimwear, for hygiene reasons
Items purchased on final sale or clearance
Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at ihsanihsan78612@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason, and clear photos of the item.
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you return instructions.
Please do not send any items back before your return has been approved. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we will be happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind or wrong size, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card refunds may take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account in the customer's name.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned under this policy.
