At NOORVANE, we deliver premium footwear and fashion to customers across the United Arab Emirates and around the world. Every order is carefully checked and packed before it leaves our partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

  • United Arab Emirates (all emirates): 7–15 business days
  • GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 10–18 business days
  • Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, high seasonal demand or events outside our control. We will always keep you updated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers will be shown on our website and applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel until it reaches your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered within the UAE, no additional customs charges are expected. For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within the UAE. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. NOORVANE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
